Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: To maintain the profitability of our beauty salon and ensure our staff can accommodate all clients, we have implemented the following cancellation and rescheduling policy: All appointment changes or cancellations must be communicated to Dreamality Co. at least 48 hours in advance through our online booking, text message, or email. If you cancel less than 48 hours, a booking system cancellation fee will apply, which is not collected by us. Rescheduling more than 48 hours in advance will not incur any charges. However, if you fail to provide the required 48-hour notice, your deposit will be forfeited to compensate our beauticians for their time. To ensure a premium experience for every client, arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in an automatic cancellation of your appointment, and your deposit will not be refunded. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a high level of service. Payment Policy: To avoid transaction fee of 5% for card payments, please bring cash as payment. We no longer accept any third party payment platforms. All deposits are non-refundable. If you reschedule 48 hours prior to the appointment, the deposit may be transferred to new scheduled date.
